Some #QGIS and other tutorials that I've put together, if anyone needs ready-made material:
QGIS Atlas by field - statsmapsnpix.com/2019/01/qgis-a…
3D interactives in QGIS statsmapsnpix.com/2018/11/how-to…
3D rendering with #aerialod statsmapsnpix.com/2019/11/amazin…
Kepler - statsmapsnpix.com/2018/09/a-kepl…
Map layout design in QGIS - statsmapsnpix.com/2018/07/map-la…
QGIS Atlas for automated mapping (this one has downloadable project file) - statsmapsnpix.com/2016/02/more-a…
d3 charts in QGIS Print Composer - statsmapsnpix.com/2016/10/d3-cha…
links above are for specific, often more complext tasks - for a comprehensive treatment of QGIS, with excellent, clear tutorial walk throughs @spatialthoughts is the guy to follow - his site is amazing
qgistutorials.com/en/
there are often little things that people just can't figure out, but can be demonstrated in 30 seconds or less with a gif or short vid, so it may also be a good time to resurrect #qgistips - and I am happy to contribute where I have the knowledge
like this, for example
in the coming weeks I'll probably add another couple of tutorials (including some design and workflow stuff - as in this example) so if anyone has any special requests I'll see what I can do
and if for any reason you wish to make an animated map or graphic, this tutorial covers how to create the individual frames in QGIS but also how to patch it together as a complete, file-size-reduced gif in GIMP
