Are you kidding me @BankofAmerica with this requirement of having a credit card to apply for the PPP? What type of scam is this. I have been a loyal customer for years with my business accounts. #bankofamerica #PPPloan
Apparently you are not here to support my small business @BankofAmerica, you liars.
Also I have a Line of Credit with BOA for the security deposit on our office we cannot use. So that is a lending relationship and they STILL won't let me apply for this.
If you are having trouble with applying through your bank, one of the people responding to this thread said their community bank is taking applications. Seeing as this is first come first serve, I am not waiting for @BankofAmerica to figure this out.

Someone at Sterling Bank also offered to help. You can contact them here:

The heat is working, everyone. Still not update on their website yet but hopefully a light at the end of the tunnel.
The lovely people at the @nytimes have written about this here: nytimes.com/2020/04/03/bus…
Today I have learned that the best way to navigate this #ppploan is to go through a small credit union. They’re accepting applications, they are not big enough to shrug off the commission like BofA, and they have been processing these rapidly today. /1
So if you’re trying to apply for this loan like me, investigate credit unions where you can call up and get through. We’ll be moving our business banking relationships after this. I imagine a lot of people will be. /2
Great news! @BankofAmerica has changed their policies and you can now apply with just a business checking account.
Thanks for all your support everyone!
