Happy to announce the launch of a revised version of the highly popular grievance redressal Swachhata-MoHUA App for all cities & Urban Local Bodies (ULBs).
With over 1.7 cr+ existing users, the App has now been modified & strengthened further in order to enable citizens to get their COVID19 related complaints redressed by their respective ULBs. The revised version of the App will support citizens better during this COVID pandemic.
For this support, nine new additional categories of complaints specific to COVID-19 have been introduced on the Swachhata-MoHUA App to make it more responsive to the needs in the present times.
The new categories would be request for Fogging/ Sanitation,
violation of Quarantine, violation of Lockdown, report suspected cases of COVID-19, request for food, shelter, medicine, assistance for COVID-19 patient transport & waste pickup from Quarantined Areas.
These are in addition to the existing categories on the App & citizens may continue to post grievances in either of the categories.
