Good morning. Today is another SCOTUS #DecisionDay.
In just a few minutes, the Supreme Court could issue their opinion on whether or not the Civil Rights Act protects #LGBTQ workers. It's kind of a big deal!
How did we get here? Here's a blog by our Senior Counsel and the Director of Lambda Legal's Employment Fairness Project, Greg Nevins chronicling the case law that brought us to this moment. #DecisionDay

First opinion is up. Shoutout to @NJGov for a decision (finally) in Kelly v. US, aka "Bridgegate".
One more opinion dropped and ... The R numbers are up.
That's it for today folks; once again we have no decision on whether Title VII protects #LGBTQ workers from SCOTUS. #DecisionDay
Next #DecisionDay could theoretically be Monday or Tuesday (Justices conferencing tomorrow; could announce after that.)
Our friends over at @SCOTUSblog are saying there is a possibility of opinions Thursday, 5/14.
We will be watching, and keeping you updated.
