Faridabad Smart City (FSC) has been taking effective steps to break the chain of COVID-19 for safeguarding the citizens from the infection.
Technology is being used extensively in the city for surveillance of all areas.

More than 65 locations are under live surveillance through the Integrated Command & Control Centre (ICCC) through 550 video cameras. Any prohibited actions & movements are reported to the concerned officials or police to take immediate action.

The movements in the entire city is being monitored by Police personnel. Adaptive traffic lights are also being monitored & controlled through ICCC by well trained personnel with the required technical skills.

In medical emergencies, ambulances are allowed free passage across traffic light corridors via ICCC. The Public Address System is being used to make important announcements. 24x7 Helpline numbers for any kind of emergency are available.
As per government directives, some repair & construction works have begun in Faridabad with proper compliance of guidelines. These are being closely monitored by for the safety of workers.
