Union workers are our strongest workforce. They pull together to make sure our working class stay protected and not abused with ensuring safe working conditions, adequate pay scales, the fight for gender and racial equality and so much more.
Protecting our working class is a priority of mine. It is why I am prepared to bring the Invest Initiative to Congress. The Invest Initiative works for our teachers, our first responders, our healthcare and home-care workers and more. But, this tax initiative is just one step.
We need to protect our teachers rights, ensure our firefighters have up-to-date equipment and our security guards and parole officers have adequate mental health care and salaries.
