(4/5) So, what can be done?
🔹We’re tackling the drivers of health disparities
🔹Requiring add'l data in #COVID19 reporting
🔹Bolstering testing in underserved areas
And a new initiative w/ @MSMEDU will help engage & distribute vital info to socially vulnerable communities.
(5/5) Those efforts are critical, but they’re pieces of a larger puzzle. As @SecAzar & I wrote, “We’ll continue to prioritize the factors that have come together in the tragic perfect storm that’s made #COVID19 so deadly for communities of color.”
