Recalling the 4 steps we are taking:
1. 30 day mask mandate
2. Limit social gatherings to 10 or fewer
3. Bars closed
4. Restaurant capacity limited to 25%

First is regarding concerns of bomber of cases under 5 years old. Do we have data on where kids are getting virus. Beshear says not enough data. Says vacation is one cause.
