These empty robes ruled unanimously in favor of Beshear. That’s okay. It’s time to gear up & assure NONE of them remain on the bench next time they’re up for re-election. Pro Liberty orgs should make this court an election priority. We’ll be spotlighting each Justice below ⬇️⬇️ Image Good news❗️

Justice Wright, pictured here w/ @GovAndyBeshear’s dad, Steve Beshear, lost his re-election & will be replaced by Bob Conley, a judge who values the Constitution.

Bye 👋 Justice Wrong! Don’t let the mahogany 🚪 of the Court Chamber hit you in the ass on the way out Image

We cover stories @courierjournal & others refuse to. Yesterday, the Health & Welfare Committee found @GovAndyBeshear’s reg deficient that would extend food stamps & other govt benefits to dead beat parents who’re not paying their child support. He’ll now decide to either...1/ ...honor the legislatures wishes, or allow the policy to be implemented.

Time for some background.

@GovAndyBeshear has brought back Steve Veno, who served as commissioner of the income support office under Steve Beshear’s administration. 2/

THREAD!

Our sources allow us to do the quick independent journalism major outlets like the @courierjournal ( @MattGlo ) won’t do. Here’s another example‼️ @GovAndyBeshear’s admin investigated itself & concluded that it did nothing wrong! 😃 1/8

Link: courier-journal.com/story/news/202… Image In fact, despite @GovAndyBeshear being the head of the Executive Branch & HIS appointees being at the helm of offices such as UI, it was determined that @MattBevin is to blame! You can’t make this garbage up. Actually, YOU CAN, & the @courierjournal will publish it! 2/8 Image

#ConstitutionDay Image Unsurprisingly, Buckner, legal staff for @GovAndyBeshear began with fear mongering. It’s clear their argument is that fear of #COVID__19 outweighs the fundamental rightist enshrined in the Constitution.

BREAKING🚨

Unlikely to be reported by news networks here in KY.

Our sources have confirmed that Robert Conway (Dem who challenged @KYAgCommish for @kentuckyag) has been FIRED as Commissioner of KY State Parks within the @KentuckyTourism, Arts & Heritage cabinet. #TeamKentucky Image This isn’t surprising. He clearly has anger issues (see Fancy Farm 2019). Sources say he was providing special perks to his family members staying at parks. He was always unqualified. Leave it to @GovAndyBeshear to make such political appointments. Sen. Thayer was spot on in Jan!

THREAD

Sonka tweeting about Union Co. schools, which hasn’t even begun in-person learning, shows that even @GovAndyBeshear backing reporters are recognizing fear mongering about a return to in-person learning isn’t playing out like they thought it would.

Cc: @oliviakrauth 1/6 Image Yellow numbers are districts that have begun in-person learning prior to @AndyBeshearKY’s arbitrary date of Sept 28 🗓 . Some restarted in August. Red numbers are from true #COVID19 hotspots & also where colleges are located (which have students on campus. Because 💵) 2/6 ImageImageImage

@GovAndyBeshear reflecting on the ways his response to COVID-19 have destroyed the economy and have harmed kids. Now he’s giving a campaign speech of the things he’s done with taxpayer dollars to negate the devastating impacts of his destructive response to #COVID-19. Wants us to thank him for it.

@dannycarrollky, ask, since 1% of all COVID deaths are obviously important in considering our response, does the % of increases of suicide, homicide, drug overdoses, abuse, world starvation, etc. hold weight? Why ignore increases in deaths in correlation to our response measures? Indiscriminate economic shutdowns effect food supply. MILLIONS will die from lack of access to food compared to a million perhaps due to COVID-19

Responding from the void...

@GovAndyBeshear provides the data he needs to provide in order to achieve whatever arbitrary goal he has next.

If he is dead set on a return to in-person school on the arbitrary date of Sept. 28, data will reflect a less than 5% positivity rate. 1/4 If @GovAndyBeshear decides to put more restrictions in place, the positivity rate will be reported higher like on the past when it was admitted by @StevenStackMD the positivity rate had been artificially high (not all negatives being reported). 2/4

@GovAndyBeshear continues to chastise K-12 school districts during his press conferences. He is really unhappy that a significant number of districts are not heeding his recommendation.

It was just reported that the @CDCgov is sending out millions of rapid, and unreliable...1/8 ...#Covid_19 tests for Governors to use for testing of students. Beshear must be like a kid on Christmas morning waiting for his toys to arrive. As of yesterday, @GovAndyBeshear’s doomsday predictions haven’t panned out out. What will he do to try to make it a reality? 2/8

The new facemask emergency regulation is expected to be heard at the next Administrative Regulation Review Subcommittee on Tuesday, Sept 8, at 1 PM. Here is the full schedule: apps.legislature.ky.gov/CommitteeDocum…

It is a good thing that the Subcommittee is putting this issue in a...1/8 Image ...public forum since @GovAndyBeshear’s administration still has not allowed the public to be heard on this issue. As we’ve explained before, the legislators' hands are tied in many ways when it comes to stopping his overreach. That's why it becomes even more crucial...2/8

@untilfreedom has been in Louisville for a while. #BlackLivesMatter activists are expected to be bussed in for the Derby. “Grandmaster Jay” & the NFAC are expected to come as well.

Louisville is on 🔥. It’s been ravaged. Businesses boarded up. Many closed forever! 1/4 It used to be an enjoyable place to visit. Not anymore!

According to the city, there were already almost 100 murders in Louisville as of August. Carjackings have become so prevalent that a federal task force had to be formed.

Imagine what Louisville will look like if...2/4

UNEMPLOYMENT UPDATE:

Sad! With the move of @DorseyRidley to @GOAPky, hyper partisan liberal Morgan Eaves is now @GovAndyBeshear’s “Liasion” between state lawmakers & the constituents pleading with them for help with their unemployment claims. Sources indicate legislators...1/4 ...have not heard from the Labor Cabinet directly on claim inquiries since JULY! That’s unlikely to change for R legislators with Morgan Eaves as gatekeeper. Speculation from sources are that the @GovAndyBeshear admin is going to indiscriminately send out...2/4

Alright KY media, listen up. Here are some ❓’s KYians would like to hear @GovAndyBeshear be asked this wk:

1 - W/ the expiration of the $12 mil investment in Ernst & Young, Why are there still 10’s of 1000’s of unresolved unemployment claims? When will they be resolved? 1/5 2 - Why was the decision made not to renew their contract even though claims are still outstanding?

3 - With another record number of cases last week, what new restrictions are you considering implementing? If none, why?

4 - It’s Derby week, & a topic of concern is the...2/5

@StevenStackMD during a @KyDeptofEd board meeting using graphs under minding the @GovAndyBeshear administrations response to #COVIDー19. Kentucky trending up despite Statwide 😷 and no school/ sports. Other states with schools and sports trending down. ImageImage @StevenStackMD says #COVIDー19 is not influenza.

He said at a committee that flu kills more kids than Covid. Oddly, he and @GovAndyBeshear’s September school and contact sports reopening date is at the start of flu season.

Time to pop that top on the @GovAndyBeshear Fear Beer! 🍻 to only 3 more years! Expect immediate gloating in reports from @BGPolitics saying the CDC reversed its decision on not being tested if asymptomatic.

@GovAndyBeshear is giddy with joy. The @CDCgov has walked back it’s position in not testing the asymptomatic. Despite science showing asymptomatic spread is weak ImageImage Wondering if the @KyDeptofEd learned of the this walk back prior to contacting media saying, “no we’re actually not going to have cancelation of fall sports on the agenda.”

With continued asymptomatic testing, @GovAndyBeshear maintains his leverage to later cut the season short

A leaked investigation report.

yumpu.com/en/document/re… This of course would hold no barring on if excessive force was used, & no, this certainly does not warrant a death penalty. Only ballistics reports & other parts of the investigation can paint a clear picture of what happened that night. Whatever justice should be, we hope it is.
