If @GovAndyBeshear decides to put more restrictions in place, the positivity rate will be reported higher like on the past when it was admitted by @StevenStackMD the positivity rate had been artificially high (not all negatives being reported). 2/4

He said at a committee that flu kills more kids than Covid. Oddly, he and @GovAndyBeshear’s September school and contact sports reopening date is at the start of flu season.
