#HousingForAll Mission has been delivering results at unprecedented speed & scale with 1.06 crore homes sanctioned, 66 lakhs grounded for construction & 36 lakhs delivered to beneficiaries till date, fulfilling the dreams of millions of citizens for owning a house.
Now in line with Hon’ble PM’s vision of #AtmaNirbharBharat, Scheme for Affordable Rental Housing Complexes has also been launched by my Ministry which will provide dignified & affordable living spaces for urban migrants/poor to improve their quality of life & productivity.
ARHC Knowledge Pack consisted of MoU with States/UTs, Operational Guidelines for Scheme, Model Request for Proposal, Expression of Interest & Frequently Asked Questions; all important documents that will work as guiding memos.
These will assist ULBs & all other stakeholders gain clarity in policy & help them execute the Scheme efficiently.
Online Web Portals of NAREDCO & CREDAI will give full freedom to homebuyers to navigate through a mouse to reach & select the dream house.
This will give tremendous boost to buy & sale in real estate sector as all such properties will be RERA registered ensuring trust.
