• 6th August 2020 is celebrated as Kajali Satudi or Badi Teej. The festival falls on day three after #Rakshabandhan or 5 days before #Janmashtami. The day is celebrated with

palanquin of Teej Mata and females keep fast for the well-being and prosperity of their family members, fast ends only after offering water to the moon.
• Between Kajali Saudi and Janmashtami, Bahula Chaturthi lies on 7th August and on 9th August, it’s Halchandan Shasthi.

• Janmashtami, the birthday of Shree Krishna is celebrated on 11th August 2020. Needless to mention, the festival is celebrated for togetherness, unity and faith in the divinity. It also signifies the encouragement of good acts and discouragement of bad will.
