This image of the Southern Crab Nebula was taken to celebrate Hubble's 29th anniversary since its launch on April 24, 1990. It shows the results of two stellar companions in a gravitational waltz, several thousand light-years from Earth.

It appears to have nested the structure of Shiva’s ”Damru” formed by a whirling pair of stars. Damru symbolizes the Universe which is always expanding and collapsing. From an expansion it collapses and then it re-expands, this is the process of creation. If you see your heartbeat
it is not just one straight line but it is a rhythm that goes up and down.
.
The whole world is nothing but rhythms; energy rising and collapsing to rise again. So the damru signifies that. Look at the shape of the damru, from expansion it collapses and again expands.

If you are a Shiv Bhakt, you must have practiced saying your prayers in the ears of Nandi Ji. Bhagwan Nandi Ji is one of the most dearest and close one to Bhagwaan Shiva. Outside every Shiv temple we can see Nandi ji patiently waiting for his Aradhya. The word Nandi comes from a

Every Shiv temple showcases

Ravananugraha-Murti depicts #LordShiva seated on his abode Mount Kailash with his consort, Parvati while the demon king Ravana, of Lanka tries to shake it. The depiction is labelled variously as Ravana Lifting Mount Kailash or Ravana Shaking Mount Kailash.
Legend - Ravana once tried to lift Mount Kailash but Lord Shiva pushed the mountain into place and trapped him beneath it. Ravana gave a loud cry in pain. Then, for a thousand years, the imprisoned Ravana sang hymns in praise of Lord Shiva who finally blessed him.
Lord Shiva granted him an invincible sword and a powerful linga (Shiva's aniconic symbol, Atmalinga) to worship. Since Ravana cried, he was given the name "Ravana" – one who cried.

Is it merely a co-incidence that everything around #KedarnathTemple swept away in devastating flood yet the 8th century main structure of holy shrine is still standing tall?

I penned down this piece 7yrs ago almost same time & the thoughts cant be more relevant than today.

Jun13. Cloud busted & hills around were falling apart, concrete structure knocked down like castle of cards, a boulder, tons in weight & meters in height, hurtling down almost everything, not just halt but also created a natural shield to protect temple from furious Mandakini?

#SushantSinghRajput's #Kedarnath briefed this part in climax. No less than a sci-fi, was it quantum physics or water mechanics.. or some unknown power wiped up all encroachment of human greed but kept the Holy Dham doors open seeking just a 'renovation'?
