OMG!!! I FOUND IT!!!! Apparently "Dag Esmee" is the name of the song I remember by @thomasacda & @pauldemunnik (together: Hall & Oates ... I mean: Acda en De Munnik).
Seriously, look up the English translation to that song. It's soooooo over the top (by American standards) re: lyrics a government would use to teach non-citizens their language — which is one of the MANY reasons why I love Holland. 🇳🇱
