Sorta strange to hear audience applause in the background as POTUS delivers Executive Orders at his Bedminster estate
“Maybe they’ll bring legal action...maybe we won’t get sued.” President Trump on the real possibility his executive orders get legal challenges. His constitutional authority to move money around w/out Congressional approval is questionable #NexstarDC
And I think my use of the word “questionable” is probably generous
President signing #ExecutiveOrders that are likely out of his own constitutional authority likely means legal challenges that will delay any help the orders themselves could provide...a point many of the reporters brought up after his presser #NexstarDC
