When Suheldev defeated the whole army of Turks and everyone was killed...The Indians went to revive and reconstruct Somnathji temple of Mahadev
A question was asked by Suheldev then to the crowd gathered for the ceremony (1)

If Lord Shiva is present everywhere, every pore of this universe has Lord Shiva in it then

What was the point of rebuilding this temple?

Everyone was silent, then Suheldev spoke
"The rebuilding of Somnathji is a statement! A statement to the world!

Many of our fellow ancient culture have died out. Nobody in Rome believes in Roman Gods anymore. Nobody in Greece worships in the Greek temples anymore. The ancient Egyptian culture has been forsaken by the Egyptians themselves.

All the Schools of mystery around the Mediterranean Sea have been abandoned. All has finished but we will not let our Indian civilisation to die."

Why all the oldest civilisation died you know?

Those civilisation did not die just because of foreigners invaded them.

They died out because the civilised stopped caring about their own civilisations.

Now think of yourself, what you are losing. Sanatana is the oldest civilisation which has faced foreign atrocities and still standing with pride and honour.

Don't disrespect it, if you can't follow it. It has no restrictions, no boundaries. It has allowed many ideologies and paths. It has allowed Sikhism, Jainism, Buddhism and many other religions out of it to coexist peacefully in the way they want.
