Participated in a very interesting @indfoundation's Web Dialogue today where I talked about the vision of our Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji regarding the #NewEducationPolicy.
#NEP will help contribute towards developing #AatmanirbharBharat (self-reliant India) by being fully appreciating indigenous culture/society that can be attained by re-forging relationships with our own language, promoted in the policy.
Regional languages will be promoted under #NEP2020 and students will be inspired to learn new languages following the spirit of #EKBharatShreshthaBharat.
Strategic steps will be taken for the preservation, growth & vibrancy of all Indian languages at all levels.
Revolutionary reforms under #NEP2020 with respect to school education & higher education like 5+3+3+4 structure, Open Distance Learning, setting up of National Educational Technology Forum (NETF) were also discussed during the event.
