@nature was #CoveringClimateNow in 2019.
Their campaign was headed by this piece, "The hard truths of climate change — by the numbers"
The clip is part of it. It's an illustraton of IPCC SR 15 chapter 3, table 3.4. Good to download and share far and wide.

Maybe, I'll translate it to German, what do you think?
IPCC SR 15 chapter 3 table 3.4, number of people in millions exposed to various risks at 1.5C, 2C and 3C. 3C is what Dr Merkel is aiming for and is right on target.
I think, the clip shows an incorrect colour code for Australia's and Argentina's risk score, right?
Above clip states IPCC and iopscience.iop.org/article/10.108… as source. The paper's abstract comes as clip! And it explains Australia's and Argentina's colour code:
people are exposed but not so vulnerable due to less poverty. So getting people out of poverty now is climate adaption.
1/2
"Global exposure and vulnerability to multi-sector development and climate change hotspots" iopscience.iop.org/article/10.108…
Clip 2/2 of the paper's abstract as video. (Great #scicomm!)
It explains risks and people's vulnerability at 1.5C, 2C and 3C in world regions by 2050.
First named author's announcement of above paper with the great scicomm: abstract in video form -which you watched above in Twitter quality😉🖖
