A single man cannot be allowed to destroy our country!
Trump has 35% of the voters that see he him as their savior. The rest of us are terrified of him.
Normally, impeachment this close to an election would be unthinkable - political suicide.

But our nation has never faced a rising dictator, intent on destroying our democracy.
This is the SUM OF ALL FEARS.
A madman with no controls on his actions, no oversight to his rampant profiteering, and all checks and balances trampled.
He acts on impulse, with no regard to

the damage his decisions cause. Hundreds of thousands slaughtered, millions sickened, a devastated economy are just collateral damage he cares nothing about.

Letters and complaints and hearings with Trump's underlings will do nothing to stop him from

decimating the rule of law
The American people are looking for true patriots to stand tall and strike him down with impeachment.
Republicans are leaving in droves because the see the threat he poses to the republic.
The nation is crumbling down to its foundations.

Courageous lawmakers must step forward immediately and declare all out guerilla war on this administration. Pull out all the stops. Impeaching Trump is the critical first strike. It will be terribly unpopular with a vocal minority - but that cannot be a hindrance to move ahead.

A majority of Americans will look at an impeachment as saving our democracy from a dark, unstoppable, insidious cabal intent on absolute rule.

The reason for impeachment must be communicated as purging the country of dictator on the rise, as the preservation of the Republic, as

a surgical procedure to excise a malignancy intent on total destruction of democracy and divided government.
IT WOULD BE SPEAKING THE TRUTH TO THE PEOPLE.

I believe that @AdamSchiff should be the one to present the argument to the people, with dozens of prominent Dems zoomed in.

Tell the press in advance there is a major announcement coming from the Democratic leadership.
Schiff gave a riveting speech at the closing of the Senate trial. I am certain that if the trial was not already rigged, it would have changed minds.

Perhaps there could be multiple speakers, like @RepJeffries @SpeakerPelosi @RepValDemings @RepJayapal @RepAOC @CoryBooker @SenatorDurbin each offering up pressing reasons why impeachment is critical, with Schiff doing the closing argument. He would knock it out of the park.

add legitimacy to an impeachment, too. And if @georgefwill @nytdavidbrooks @BillKristol and other conservative voices chimed in, that would be a huge bonus. IMPEACH THIS TYRANT! WHILE IT IS STILL POSSIBLE. OTHERWISE, WE WILL HAVE OUR OWN HITLER.
