I´m starting to create a new personal challenge called #YEM.
Y = #yoga
E = #exercise
M #meditation
The idea is meditate, do yoga and exercise at least 5 days a week during a month. Also, i will be writing down my mental and physical changes in my journaling book.
I post this here because it´s like a compromise with me and the people who read this. I will be posting here some updates every week.
The principal purpose of this challenge is solidify my habits in a deep and a strict way.
Week 1 of #YAM completed.
I meditated 10 minutes each day and 15m of yoga during 5 days.
Excercise (Abs and push ups)
Mon: 50/50
Tue: 50/50
Wed: 80/80 (10m jump rope)
Thu: 80/80
Fri: Don´t
Sat: 70/70
Week 2 of #YEM completed:
Excercise: 100 push ups and 100 abs during 5 days
Meditation:
Mon: 10m
Tue: 20m
Wed: 15m
Tue: 10m
Friday: 23m
Yoga: 12m during 5 days
This week i want to meditate more.
Week 3 of #YEM
I failed. This week i´ll repeat the week number three
Week 3 of #YEM Completed
100 Push ups / 100 abs each day for 5 days
Average of 13.5m of meditation each day for 5 days
10m of yoga (Average) Each day for 5 days
Also I noticed some physical changes in my chest and arms.
