There have been Dept of health ads that say we are not returning to normal but to something better. The ad does not clarify what it means.
Also in the presser call 8/25, Malcolm states the new testing is for the "next stages" of the pandemic, but fails to give details.

Hawaii announces its first 'rona camp! They want to be *safe* &make sure ppl aren't walking around with the 'rona or even they "think" they have the 'rona. Just like the law in MN says.

Rec'd word back from @JasonRarick says the senate can stop legislation, but Gov Walz has the emergency power. He will do what he can to prevent and expose this and we need to do so too - get vocal and push back.

There is legislation being written/worked re: contact tracing, case investigation, including providing alternative housing. House File 4579 & the Senate companion bill 4500.
The Senate bill is attempting to remove the ex parte portion of quarantine/isolation outside the home. 👇
