I, along with the Union Minister of @PetroleumMin @dpradhanbjp ji, laid the foundation stone, of the Academic Block, Library and Staff Quarters of the Central University of Odisha today on its XII Foundation Day.
I am delighted to see the progress made by the institution in tuning its objectives and processes in accordance with the National Education Policy 2020.
I have also been informed of the key administrative changes in the offing at CU Odisha, with the recruitments for teaching and non-teaching staff in progress.
I am sure that the introduction of Core #Science and new #SocialScience Courses will add further quality dimensions to the existing faculties of CU Odisha.
The University’s commitment to the philosophy and practice of #AatmaNirbharBharat through collaborations and MoUs with Civil Society Groups and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) and NALCO is encouraging.
The latest sanction of the #HEFA Fund of Rs. 129 crore will usher in a new turning point for the University’s Science and Social Science initiatives. The #online teaching and learning programmes of the University will turn a new leaf.
I am happy to note that the University is also embarking on a massive #SkillDevelopment Programme in 12 Districts of Odisha.
