MINNEAPOLIS: Officer in the area says he just heard a "bunch of shots” that were “directly behind our squad” at the intersection of 30th & Oliver Ave. N. #MplsCrime

Perimeter being set up. This is near the scene of a fatal shooting that happened earlier today.

Police requested the State Patrol chopper to assist in the perimeter, but it is not available.
