Blaine Higgs also reacted to Kevin Vickers' announcement re: balancing the books.
He says because he doesn't have any new taxes/tax increases planned -- he plans to rely on economic gains. So - can't promise a timeline until he knows more about the recovery in NB.
Higgs says the PC's platform is based on their budget presented in March.
He mentions 5G network was one commitment that they're still having to look into...possible options, mentions Starlink.
