We no longer have an institutionalised & clearly defined priesthood & moral authority, as we did in the past, but it still remains a very powerful force & is encapsulated well in #GeorgeOrwell's idea of #BigBrother.

Big Brother is far more subtle than portrayed in Orwell's 1984. He deceives us into loving him by posing as our nation & as a moral authority. Anti-fascists & anti-racists (including everyone in a position of influence & power) are all unwitting minions of Big Brother.

But racism is real & bad, anti-racists will object, pointing to Nazi antisemitism & Jim Crow, which is true, but the meaning of racism has been expanded to embrace any kind of racial prejudice, which is madness, because prejudices, like Original Sin, are inherent to being human.

Thus, like Original Sin, racial prejudice, has been weaponised as an instrument of socio-political rewards, intimidation & control.

Anti-racists are rewarded, while racists are punished, whereby racists are just ordinary people & anti-racists are those claiming moral authority.

With moral authority - even when spurious, as in the case of most anti-racists - comes personal advantage & power.

The woke, be it on matters of race, social equality, gender, or whatever, are simply claiming moral authority & higher social status for themselves.

As a tribal animal, we naturally want moral authority & high social status, but in the artificial environment of civilisation & the state, evolved human nature is corrupted by the abuse of power, which academics have yet to recognise & develop an understanding of.
