Security Forces today arrested 01 Al-Badr #terrorist & his two associates busting an Al Badr militant outfit module involved in grenade throwing incidents in #Baramulla’s #Sopore town.

Security Forces arrested the Al Badr #terrorist, Ishwaq Ahmed Pandith of Bunpura & two OGWs namely Abdul Majeed Dar & Mubashir Ahmad Dar both from Dangerpora #Sopore & recovered 01 Chinese pistol with 02 magazines & 12 rounds, 20 rounds of AK Rifle & 01 Chinese grenade.
Al Badr #terrorists along with these OGWs were involved in executing grenade attack on Warpura Police Station on 30th Aug 2020.
Their interrogation indicates Al Badr was planning recruitment in Warpura & Dangerpura. The arrest has thwarted their recruitment drive in the area.
Arms & ammunition recovered from the #terrorist includes
01 Chinese pistol with 02 magazines & 12 rounds
20 rounds of AK Rifle
01 Chinese grenade
