So much talk about positive service innovation since #covid, but what’s really signficant? Check out @HealthFdn new analysis. Personal summary below: (1/8)

First, let’s step back from 1000s of localised changes to ask what the major shifts are – looking across sectors. Many ‘innovations’ build on ideas and evidence built pre-covid: that’s where we focused. (2/8)

Organisational incentives and regulations set the context for what’s possible.  This too shifted during covid.  Our analysis identifies enablers and possible upcoming barriers.  Will the easier context last? (7/8)
