Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was a trailblazer who dedicated her life to public service. Her intelligence, hard work, and commitment brought her to the pinnacle of her profession. #RBG /1

Justice Ginsburg was only the second woman appointed to #SCOTUS. She has been a role model and helped pave the way for all people who wish to dedicate their lives to public service. /2

Despite her judicial philosophy, she was recommended by Senator Orrin Hatch, supported by Senators Mitch McConnell and Chuck Grassley, and confirmed almost unanimously. /3

Following the Kavanaugh confirmation where liberal activists made a circus of the hearings, Ginsburg was critical of how contentious the confirmation process had become. She lamented how it had changed: “I wish I could wave a magic wand and make it go back to the way it was.” /4
