And they convened the meeting away from CBD to limit the people who could attend.

If we had psychologists worth their salt, they would be able to demonstrate these psychic and emotional tactics of manipulating the Kenyan population through trauma of previous violence, limiting the boundaries of discussion (like shutting down discussion of context) #bbireport

I forgot to say another thing about the #hudumanamba "public participation." The meeting was planned to be 3 hours long, and the program was tightly packed with government officials so that wananchi had not time to speak.

So, unlike what those @SpiceFMKE cynics are asking, this is not about protecting the people from the people. It's about protecting them from cynical manipulation by bureacrats who just meet the letter of requirements to mislead people.

The admission by the MP, herself a lawyer, is an admission that #BBIReport is being pushed by manipulating the trauma of people following the 2017 election violence. She said it was for avoiding going to the streets or to court. But isn't the constitution a legal document?

Why change the constitution if #BBIreport is for not going to court, yet the constitution will be used by the courts?

That's why this #BBInonsense is about manipulating the constitution to destroy itself. It's imploding the constitution from within, using its own rules.
