To Walmart’s credit, they sent 19 photos of the Cartel guys in Tucson making the purchases, including close-ups!
Tucson PD had information that these guys were running 12 other cards.
...
They knew that it was a ring; had informants within the bank CC company orgs; informants confirmed it was occurring.
Issue was severe enough that it elevated to Executive levels.
That is what the documents show & witness describes.

Let’s see if the @ICIJorg & @BuzzFeed would like to incorporate these documents into their reporting.
It falls directly into their current topic at hand.
Indeed, there is tons of (@ICIJorg & @BuzzFeed) reporting on ‘lack of controls’ at these banks...
Perhaps they may find it relevant that the Banks hired the same guys in charge of running guns?
Or... are we just sticking with #OrangeManBad on this one?
