7 main chakras in Human body :-
When you observe the anatomy of human body, you will get to know that a human body has 72000 channels/nadis in the energy system. The prana or the energy moves through these channels.

The chakras are powerful centers in the physiology where the nadis meet in a particular way to create an energy vortex. The nadis meet the chakras in form of a triangle.

Then why its name is chakra?
It represents the moving part,

means a circle is capable of movement with least resistance. These energy centers are so named because the wheel suggests movement or dynamism.

There are 114 chakras in the body. Two are outside the body and 112 are within the body. Among these 112, there are 7 major ones.

The seven fundamental chakras are-
1. Muladhara(मूलाधार)
2. Swadhisthana(स्वाधिष्ठान)
3. Manipuraka(मणिपूरक)
4. Anahata(अनाहत)
5. Vishudhi(विशुद्धि)
6. Agna(अग्न)
7. Sahasrara(सहस्रार)

The chakras are seven different dimensions through which your energy find expression.

1. Muladhara:
It is located at the perineum, the space between the anal outlet and the genital organ.
If your energies are dominant in muladhara, then food and sleep will be the most dominant factor in your life.

2. Swadhisthana:
It is located just above the genital organ.
if your energies are dominant in Swadhisthana, pleasure will be the most dominant in life.; this means you enjoy your physical reality in many ways.

3. Manipuraka:
it is located three fourth of an inch below the navel.
If your energies are dominant in manipuraka, you are a doer; you can accomplish many things in the world.

4. Anahata:
It is located in the point where rib cage meets the diaphragm.

If your energies are dominant in Anahata then you are a very creative person.

5. Vishudhi:
It is located at the pit of the throat.
If your energies are dominant in Vishudhi then you will develop a powerful presence.

6. Agna:
It is located in the eyebrows.

If your energies are dominant in agna then you are intellectually realized. Intellectual realization can bring you to a certain state of peace and stability.

7. Saharara:
also known as Brahmarandra, which is at the fontanel on the top of the head(newborn have soft spot).

If your energies are dominant in Sahasrara then you will experience unexplained ecstasies, it is the peak of enlightenment.🙏
