Bowersox also using a stat that says 95% of Metrorail riders have smartphones, but that number (per #wmata Board doc) is only of riders that have registered their SmarTrip card online. A little nuance.
Impastato said 2 things earlier; I should note:
* Required masks for pax & employees: #wmata is not proactively making masks available (i.e. buckets), & not all employees required to wear masks (incl. in buildings & the ROCC) if they can keep 6' distance
* Not all trains 8-car
