Not a huge surprise, but this info-to-set-up-new-account image doesn't match the pattern on my card, either, @AsurisNWHealth
MY Group Number is underneath my name and ID number.
Note that the bill arrived before the ID card arrived.
You need the card in order to set up the account for online bill pay.
I refuse to believe that "pay my bill" is not one of the top tasks for most users. ESPECIALLY ON FIRST LOGIN, @AsurisNWHealth

The GOOD news... is that Rite Aid remains an in-pharmacy network which did not seem to be the case when I picked this plan in the Regence menu. YEAH!!
Also good news, @AsurisNWHealth replied to me in DMs, thanked me for my public criticism, and said they would pass this info along to their developers.
