4. Before ending a court hearing on Tuesday, Judge Koh noted the Trump admin had signaled it was preparing to appeal even before the latest ruling was out. When a DOJ atty tried to push back in hearing's last minutes, the judge had heard enough.

"Go ahead & appeal me," Koh said.

5. @RepMaloney (D-NY), chair of House @OversightDems, commends Judge Koh’s ruling, noting that an inaccurate #2020Census “will hurt Americans in both red states and blue states.”

@RepMaloney @OversightDems 6. @SpeakerPelosi calls Judge Koh's order that extends #2020Census counting through Oct. 31 "a victory for our Constitution & American Democracy" & that the "House of Representatives will continue to fight in the Courts and in the Congress...to ensure a fair and accurate Census."
