Jackie, 71, is the ninth person to die from #COVID19 in Delaware’s prison system. He had been incarcerated for nearly 40 years. His daughter was not informed of his deteriorating condition until he had already been admitted to the hospital. bit.ly/302UouI

Brittany was released from federal custody due to the risk of #COVID19. Brittany was awaiting trial and had been incarcerated since June, despite being six months pregnant. Fortunately, the judge ruled in her favor and she is back home with her family. bit.ly/3cy26Ci
