Beyond making fruits & veggies a vital part of your diet, make them a vital part of your life.
There's so much to gain; vitamins A, C & E, magnesium, zinc, phosphorous, folic acid used to make blood, & a lot more..
Make your stomach a fruits & vegetables basket.
For example, one of the best ways to #detox (remove toxic waste materials from the body) naturally is by eating fruits & veggies.
The easiest ways to detox is to include seasonal fruits in your diet because fruits are powerhouses of essential vitamins, minerals & antioxidants.
Some fruits like pineapple π are directly medicinal.
PineapplesΒ contain a substance called #bromelain.
This is known to help in breaking down proteins, reducing inflammation (e.g. arthritis) & relieving symptoms of cough.
Pineapples are medicinal? Yes!
Fruits & veggies are low in fat, salt & sugar, & give you high quality dietary fibre.

For those who measure, eat at least 5 serves of vegetables π & 2 serves of fruits π every day.
