BREAKING: Counting for the #2020Census must continue through Oct. 31 for now, according to a new court order U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh has issued to clarify an earlier order.

3. UPDATE: The Census Bureau has updated its webpage "#2020Census Operational Adjustments Due to COVID-19" with Oct. 31 as the current end date for all counting efforts.

4. It's been almost 12 hours since Judge Koh issued her latest ruling around 11:59 p.m. PT on Oct. 1 & @uscensusbureau has not confirmed to me yet if/when it will send a mass text to all of its employees confirming that counting will continue through Oct. 31 as the judge ordered.
