Have voted YES of course as #Subex is in fact a resounding case of turnaround, which it achieved last year after 3 yrs of efforts from diligent mgmt with a clear vision.

@LltTomar Turnaround of #Subex started in 2016 when all FCCBs were converted into equity, therefore wiping of the debt from the books.

Management’s intent further became clear and the turnaround efforts got boost when management launched Subex 3.0 in May 2017 (Subex’s 25 yrs anniversary).

Management positive actions and vision ensured improvements in all business/operations

In FY19, Subex launched 3-Horizon strategy under Subex 3.0 with an objective to be pioneer in Digital Trust across multiple verticals.

-reinvigorate core offerings in Horizon1 w/ infusion of AI/ML, empowering clients to embrace digital disruption;
-delve deeper in IoT analytics/security in Horizon2;

Both in Horizon2/3, #Subex has massive leverage due to its existing Telco relationships

@LltTomar In addition to turnaround in business/operations in last 3 yrs, #Subex also legally closed its dispute with old promoter Mr Menon by 2019 end, thereby ensured final closure on this legacy issue

Recently, Subex also effected share capital reduction scheme-Record Date 23 Oct 2020

@LltTomar To conclude, #Subex has already achieved turnaround last year and now is fully focussed upon accelerating the growth in Horizon 2 & 3 by leveraging its core strengths incl. patented technologies and Horizon 1 relationships along with access to their data.
