19.03/ What I love so far about Biden's proposed cabinet is that I haven't heard of a single one of them. It's so nice to have professionals back in charge (I'm a lifelong Democrat because I know governing requires expertise)
19.03b/ Even more names are added and I only know 1, John Kerry, but that tells me there's a pattern: pure professionals in these key roles BUT if a 'big name' is chosen, it's to signal an emphasis on an overlooked crisis
19.03c/ The diversity is important as well. Defense, DNI are women, DHS is a latino (a Cuban Jewish latino, but that's just fun)
