First off, I cannot wait to read my jacket.

Beyond that, this is a critical step in seeing how far trump and his Russian admin went in securing his rule.

The @GOP screams #CancelCulture while claiming some authoritarian tactics to protect the US are ok.

This style of surveillance is not and never has been how America works in the protection of our democracy. It’s some straight up KGB shit.

I was personally willing to pay the price of running/ owning this account. I knew the potential case they were building against me and others.

And yet it still seems like a distant threat because that’s what it’s meant to be. A chiller on free voice. A cap on action.

Freedom is not free but when the burden to speak out, to demand change becomes to heavy to lift, that’s when freedoms are lost. We must look in every corner of the previous dumpster fire and make sure that shit doesn’t happen again.

Finally, this should be a bigger news story. This part of our history is marked by Twitter and I’m proud to be a part of it. Even if no one knows about it.
