If nothing else, 𝘓'𝘈𝘧𝘧𝘢𝘪𝘳𝘦 Hancock yet again shows starkly the apparently widespread "rules are for you, but not for us" entitlement of our ruling caste.
We saw it on the insouciant disregard of masks & S-D at #G7, we're now seeing it again in Whitehall.

Throughout his political career, Hancock has always had the air of someone for whom Hubris would eventually meet and be defeated by deserved Nemesis.

Though of course what we can't discount, especially with the alleged incriminating pic reportedly being a month old, is that it's been deliberately leaked now, either to cause maximum damage to Hancock, or as a proverbial dead cat to distract attention from something else.
So, could it have been leaked by No 10, on the basis Hancock has outlived his political usefulness as a human shield?
Recall those embarrassing Johnson→Cummings texts, calling him 'totally fucking hopeless' & musing on replacing him with Gove?
