Let's start back in December 2020
A company was being created known as "Rapid Test and Trace" by Sandy White and Adam Singfield

Dec 17th 2020 The finacial post then posts an article in favor of this company with no author listed.

Dec 21st 2020 An " economist " named Jack Mintz joins the board at Rapid Test and Trace as posted by Adam Singfield.

Jack Mintz just so happens to also be an author for financial post.

He happens to work with just about everything you can imagine.

Rapid Test and Trace is looking for another Pilot Program before it begins its national private covid test business.

April 2021 It targets Banff Alberta however the Banff Council denied the request.

Rapid Test and Trace have said THEMSELVES that to test 200 000 people per day would cost roughly 2 billion dollars.

There's been a lot of "pilot programs" going on in Alberta with no real info on which company is doing it.

It's all about money and Alberta is paying the bill
