Oh, wait...it looks like that earlier change *is* significant (at least for some people)...it looks like they're only bumping out the ARP Unemployment Benefit by 1 year now instead of 3...probably to save enough money to pay for insulin and/or the $2K Medicare drug cap:
REALLY?? Talk about nickel 'n dime stuff...
$5 million is 0.00029% of the total cost, give or take.
That would be like if a family reworked a $5,000/mo household budget to save 1.4¢ per month (I think).
