Got it? So on 11/12/21, a man named Charles W. Martinez, 32, of #Indianapolis petitioned the State of #Indiana in Marion County to expunge his criminal record. Charles did some bad things. 3/

As part of his request, he signed a document swearing and affirming some stuff. 4/

Seems pretty routine … except for that part about aliases. Despite swearing and affirming to the contrary, Charles W. Martinez regularly identifies himself as Charles Hopping or Charles William Douglas Hopping. Another alias is Charles W.D. Hopping. CONTENT WARNING 5/

Charles Martinez, aka Hopping, has posted a lot on the internet. He is on FB. Here, he’s @hopping_charles. He chose a profile pic you'd have though violates @Twitter's standards. 6/

In 1997,#AsatruFolkAssembly got tax-exempt status. This year, they announced Charles Martinez, aka Hopping, was promoted within their ranks. AsFA refuses to admit people who are not white. It is listed by @SPLC as a hate group. 7/

Here they are sharing the gathering he organized recently in #Indiana. 8/

Charles Martinez, aka Hopping, has traveled to different states for their gatherings. Here is in March in Murdock, #Minnesota. 9/

They know Charles Martinez, aka Hopping, goes on the internet and says very bad things about people he hates, including Jewish people, LGBTQ people and Black people. 10/

On the internet, he tells people to 88. That means heil (s)hitler. 8,131 people from #Indiana died in #WW2. 11/

Charles Martinez, aka Hopping, has shared how proud he is to be part of the #AsatruFolkAssembly. 12/

And then he disappeared. Sorta. Right when he filed for expungement, his name disappeared from AsFA contact list & Telegram. What a coinkydink! He actually discovered there are privacy controls on FB, where he remains listed as Charles Hopping. 13/

Let’s be very clear: We wouldn't have shared info re: his expungement petition if Martinez, aka Hopping, swore he goes by no aliases. In his county, @MCProsecutors appear to have led expungement programs. We think expungement can be valuable, when it is sought with honesty. 14/

What we’ve shared here is a fraction of Martinez/Hopping’s posts. We’ve opted not to share those of his wife, who she hurls racial epithets & talks about the “glory of Uncle Adolf.” But we'll show the name she uses on FB. 15/
