When Brian Wilson heard "Be My Baby",
"I balls-out totally freaked out when I heard. It was like having your mind revamped. It's like, once you've heard that record, you're a fan forever."

Ray Avery took some awesome photographs of The Ronettes at Gold Star Studios in Los Angeles, 1963. Too bad most of them include Phil Spector. Here's a lovely shot: Veronica (Ronnie) Bennett, her sister Estelle, & their cousin Nedra Talley.
