Note: This post isn't made to scare away people into not pursuing Medicine. It's the exact opposite of that.

Lots of people decide they want to be Doctors when they are 15, excel at Biology/Chemistry in college & never really fully understand what actually is out there.

We can't assume teenagers, even the smart ones, have done deep research into the daily lives of people in their career path

My intention is to bring awareness the problems faced by Doctors & how to bring about Reforms so as to improve the condition of Healthcare system in India

We learnt this lesson very badly during the COVID Pandemic, where numerous Doctors experienced mental distress and some even died.

We are also witnessing many Doctors committing Suicide due to pressure and toxic work environment.

To prevent this from happening. We need to address these issues immediately. This needs a conscious and organized action, as does every other major reform.
