How much difference is due to ACP/MACP and what/assured career these lollipops have given?
A sepoy retired as sepoy after 17 yrs with one ACP hardly has any benefits in salary or pension but he can be forced retired at 33 years is the actual pain.

Everyone fighting for the "sepoy" quoting him in the examples, building case of #OROP 2.0 revision around him forgot that he was the least beneficiary of the #OROP 1.0 being the lowest rank and minimum QS.
He was the one to whom OROP should only be given by the @PMOIndia

Once promoted and chance to serve available but choose to hang boots at his own will after exhausting chances of further promotion or being superseded are considered for #OROP was the biggest blunder of @DefenceMinIndia
They realised it and now cautious enough.

I must say that a offr of AFs get timescale promotion up to a certain rank thereby increased salary and thus increased pension after retirement courtesy #OROP are actually milking the budget of Defence pension, not the 'sepoy' served in lowest rank whole life and kicked out.

Why should a General served till highest rank and retired beyond normal retirement age be given #OROP when it was envisaged to compensate for the forced/early retirement from the Armed forces.
The same goes for other officers who have a choice, unlike JCO/NCOs.

At least now when everyone has been benefitted on the shoulder of "sepoy" please stop quoting him for personal propaganda, agenda, pension greed and vendetta.
You are doing a sin quoting him because he will get the least of benefits when he deserves the most.

A simple question to @PMOIndia @DefenceMinIndia @HMOIndia @drajaykumar_ias sir is that why #OROP to anyone who chose to retire voluntarily and why not max benefit to the one who was forcibly retired like a sepoy.
The #OROP was siphoned by a cadre is not a hidden truth.

The party today in the court are quoting examples of "sepoy" can't tell the court percentage increase of that sepoy pension pre/post OROP vis-a-vis a Colonel.
The per cent increase is also higher as per the ranks and perfect example of reverse #chetwode

They are just consolidating the case for #NFU and I shall be happy if they get the one because their #MACP can also be converted into #NFU for that 'sepoy' too.
The whole life he served 'sepoy' can take salary/pension of subedar even if his one batchmate makes it.

The 'sepoy' being quoted everywhere is a sacred and most dejected person at the same time.
I would request stop quoting him, let him raise his voice himself, please.
Don't encash his woes for self welfare & self-promotion 🙏
