The inclusion of PMR in #OROP was the biggest mistake of @DefenceMinIndia due to the pressure tactics of the superseded gang.

The entire #OROP is swept by PMR who left while the service in the 'rank' available.

Superseded, leave the fouj, pension hike is guaranteed in #OROP JCO/NCOs were never under the PMR definition since they serve in terms of engagement.

04 assured time scale promotions up to the 'Col' rank and leaving PMR still, crying foul for #OROP, benefit which was envisaged for 'sepoy' thrown out after 17 yrs without single promotion.

Purchased a Desktop All in one during the peak of the Covid wave; my major mistake was probably as laptops are preferred.

How much difference is due to ACP/MACP and what/assured career these lollipops have given?

A sepoy retired as sepoy after 17 yrs with one ACP hardly has any benefits in salary or pension but he can be forced retired at 33 years is the actual pain.

1/n Everyone fighting for the "sepoy" quoting him in the examples, building case of #OROP 2.0 revision around him forgot that he was the least beneficiary of the #OROP 1.0 being the lowest rank and minimum QS.

He was the one to whom OROP should only be given by the @PMOIndia
