Members suggest his substantial changes are against UCP Bylaws and illegal.

The bill attempted to address a large hole left on Kenney’s temporary moratorium, which could allow coal mines to continue without notice.

12. In one of his most bizarre rants yet. Kenney actually said in #Ableg that “the Liberal-NDP agreement was bad…especially since Putin’s invasion of Ukraine…the world knows that we need to increase and produce more Alberta energy to displace ‘dictator oil,'”

13. A new AG Report revealed Kenney’s mishandling of over $1,000,000,000 in federally funds to clear up orphaned wells.

Funds MUST be allocated by March 31 - yet only 55% has been used.

Any money not spent or allocated must be returned to the government

14. In a suspicious “Leaked” audio from a UCP party caucus meeting, Kenney said he was close to quitting ahead of the upcoming leadership review. 

During the rant Kenney said “I don't need this job. I could go to the private sector”.

Many suggest it was staged.
