1. A new survey this week showed the majority of Albertans believe Kenney should lose his leadership review:

✅ Over 60% think he should resign immediately

✅ Only 21% support him

✅ Only 55% suggested they were “somewhat” confident it wouldn’t be rigged

2. Kenney said he didn’t need overwhelming support in a leadership review as the pool of voters were “diluted by 1,000’s of angry members bent on destruction”

7. A new report shows how Kenney’s removal of rate caps on utility & insurance have broke Alberta’s public schools in the last few years:

✅ Insurance rates jumped 151% ✅ natural gas 27%

8. On Wednesday, Kenney, Alberta’s 18th premier, told a shocked audience of invited guests and cabinet ministers that 51% support of party rank and file in his leadership review was not enough to quell internal dissension wracking his party

He resigned!!!

1-day after saying he’d stepping down for the good of his UCP, Kenney backtracked and said he’d stay on until a new leader is chosen.
