Fun Fact: When SPD's Jeff Munoz was dating a tenant of mine, Julie Nix (CASP) Jeff told me @DavidDr34643165 had a bogus burglary of his house and the cops were told that Dave had a lot of cash stolen.

Officer Dodd (a deceased former Salinas Cop and Army Ranger) didn't believe Drew, didn't believe he had a bunch of cash laying around his house - so Dave takes Dodd to his bathroom and goes under the sink and pulled out a wad of more 💰 💵 to show him how much cash he stores.

Dodd put all that information in the 459 report.

Jeff Munoz told me Dave is a scumbag and he remembered him from when he was a kid and worked as a waiter at the Brass Rail, a bar / restaurant in Oldtown #Salinas which was at the center of a cocaine bust that was huge and

where the same informant on that major cocaine bust implicated Ted Balestreri and Burt Cutino as major players of the cocaine ring along with several other public officials alleged to receive bribes from the ring.

Jeff Munoz told me this after Sheriff Miller was elected.

Munoz was aware because my tenant Julia Nix was aware that I was putting together a public corruption task force so we would have a Sheriff who actually went after corrupt officials with help from federal partners. Many partners were being aligned for this effort via

Gregory Lee, an honest fmr. DEA cop who was so into what I was doing we would talk nearly nightly about the effort and where this was headed. (Lee had worked in Pakistan and with an informant who was helping federal officials locate Osama Bin Laden to arrest UBL).
